I enjoy developing unique concepts and thinking outside the box. Rather than following the usual ‘internet’ standards, I prefer to explore my own ideas and experiment with new things. I make mistakes along the way, but that’s how I learn.

I value teamwork because it allows me to learn from others, share my own work, and exchange feedback openly. In every project, I believe it’s important that everyone feels heard and has the space to show their expertise.

I have a clear understanding of my strengths and weaknesses. I’m eager to learn, social by nature, and believe humor is essential in any team. I also have a soft spot for print design, a passion I hope never fades.

In November 2025, I stepped into the role of Creative Lead at Hostnet, taking responsibility for the creative direction, inspiration, and overall quality within the web design process. I guide and support the design team in creating high-quality websites, ensuring that each project strikes the right balance between creativity, functionality, and client goals.

As the bridge between the designers and the team lead, I analyze client feedback, identify potential design challenges, and translate them into clear and actionable improvements. I also conduct design reviews, safeguard visual consistency across projects, and introduce new tools, trends, and ideas that help elevate our collective work. This position allows me to combine creativity and leadership, empowering the team to deliver impactful digital experiences that truly reflect the client’s vision.

Web Designer

In 2025, I moved into the role of Web Designer at Hostnet to fully reconnect with my creative background. Together with a team of designers, I create custom websites for clients, combining visual design, structure, and functionality into a complete and user-friendly result. We help clients strengthen their online presence by translating their needs and goals into effective digital solutions, bridging the gap between what businesses want to offer and what their audience is looking for.

This role aligns closely with my studies in Communication and Multimedia Design, where I learned to approach the entire design process, from understanding a problem to realizing an effective, visually appealing solution. It allows me to combine creativity, collaboration, and technical insight in every project I work on.

As a Customer Success Manager at Hostnet, I was responsible for maintaining and growing long-term relationships with key customers. My focus was on understanding each client’s business goals and translating them into effective online strategies that maximized the value of our services. I acted as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring that feedback, challenges, and opportunities were handled efficiently.

In addition to day-to-day support, I proactively identified upsell opportunities, improved retention, and contributed to optimizing our customer experience process. This role allowed me to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, helping clients achieve measurable results while strengthening Hostnet’s reputation for customer satisfaction.

After my time as a Junior Support Specialist, I advanced to the role of Medior Customer Support Specialist & Abuse Specialist at Hostnet. In this position, I handled more complex technical issues related to websites, WordPress, and email systems, while also taking on responsibilities in the abuse team. I focused on security by identifying malware or spam infections and guiding customers through the recovery process. This step allowed me to deepen my technical knowledge and develop a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining a safe and reliable online environment.

At Hostnet, I worked as a Junior Customer Support Specialist, helping customers with issues related to websites, WordPress, and email.
